In 2008, we thought it would be a fun idea to unplug from LA insanity and write for two
weeks in an Italian villa with some writer friends and a professor. We liked the writer’s room approach, expert coaching, and amazing food so much we made it a yearly program. We liked helping writers so much, we added classes in LA.
Some of our alumni have gone on to win contests, find representation and sell their stuff. All of them have moved their writing forward, made lasting friendships and enjoyed a lot of Nutella.
Our goal is that writers leave our programs with pages, pitches, and projects they are proud to show to anyone in the industry. Join us and bring your story to life.
